Lloyd Allen, J.D. serves as the Managing Director for the Salt Lake City office of CBRE. Within his role, Lloyd leads 120 professionals across various business lines including Advisory & Transaction Services, Capital Markets, Debt & Structured Finance, Project Management, Asset Services, Valuation & Advisory Services, Marketing, Research, and Corporate Services. He also acts as Principal Broker, ensuring compliance with federal and state statutory and Utah Division of Real Estate requirements.
Lloyd is very involved with the Salt Lake Chamber through his service on the Board of Governors and he brings his expertise of global matters to a local setting. He has also traveled many times with the Chamber to Washington, D.C., where he met with national leaders and engaged in discussions about ways Utah’s business community can partner with our federal delegation for the betterment of our state. Most recently, he participated in the Chamber’s Equality & Inclusion in Opportunity Roundtables. According to Lloyd, “Now is the time to learn from each other and share your knowledge as we identify needs and solutions.” He repeatedly makes himself available to help support the Chamber’s mission.
