Michael Hanson is a Senior Vice President for Zions Bank working in Portfolio Management, Banking, Loans, Sales, and Credit Analysis. In the last few months, he has concentrated most of his time on helping small businesses with PPP SBA loans. He is proud to say that Zions Bank processed the 9th most loans in the nation and has helped preserve payrolls for more than 609,917 workers to date. Most of the loans are for less than $150,000 helping companies stay in business.
Michael has provided guidance, support, and advice to the Salt Lake Chamber and its members to understand funding options available during the pandemic. He recognizes that Utah’s economy thrives on small businesses and is working hard to help find ways for businesses to succeed. Michael has provided above and beyond support through his expertise to the Chamber team.
