Salt Lake City—February 17, 2021—The commercial real estate firm CBRE, Inc. announced today that it has brought on two new research analysts, further strengthening its regional commercial real estate and economic data analysis expertise. New hires Sierra Hoffer, senior research analyst, and Chase Johnson, field research analyst, join Joseph Farrell, Salt Lake City-based data intelligence manager, and the rest of the regional research team in overseeing data collection and analysis for commercial markets covering both Utah and the Boise market area.

Sierra Hoffer has rejoined the Salt Lake City office as a senior research analyst and brings valuable analytical expertise in both the commercial real estate and technology industries. Sierra will lead-out in organizing and presenting CBRE data, own local thought leadership, and assist local CBRE leadership to form and retain strategic alliances with external organizations. Serving directly under Sierra, Chase Johnson is a field research analyst and will handle day-to-day research matters, including working directly with the brokerage community to fulfil data requests and maintaining the integrity of our local research database. Chase is a graduate of Brigham Young University, where he received a bachelor’s degree in Economics.
