Business leaders from Utah, Colorado and Arizona join the 32-member board
Salt Lake City – August 16, 2019 – Employers Council, a leader in human resource and employment law services for the business community, announced the addition of six new members to its board of directors: Donna Milavetz, CEO of OnSite Care: Melissa Kotrys, CEO of Health Current; Wynne Odell, co-founder and CEO of Odell Brewing Company; Norton Rainey, president and CEO of ACE Scholarships; Adam Sherry, co-founder and Chief Customer Officer of Evolve Vacation Rental and Marcia Veidmark, president and CEO of SSC Underground. The new additions were elected to the 32-member board and will each serve a three-year term.
Dr. Donna Milavetz has more than 20 years of healthcare experience, currently serving as the CEO and Chief Medical Officer of OnSite Care in Salt Lake City. Dr. Milavetz founded OnSite Care in 2007, operating on-premise primary care clinics that provide personalized, affordable medical care and wellness programming to employers and employees. Dr. Milavetz previously practiced internal medicine and served as the Medical Director of McKay-Dee Women’s Health Center, trained at a Harvard training hospital and has worked for the Mayo Clinic. Dr. Milavetz received a Master of Public Health from the University of Minnesota, where she also completed her internal medicine residency.

Melissa Kotrys – Phoenix-based Kotrys currently serves as the CEO of Health Current, Arizona’s primary resource for health information technology and exchange. Kotrys utilizes more than a decade of health information expertise and leadership, serving on numerous boards in Phoenix and beyond. She is currently the Vice Chair of the Maricopa Health Centers Governing Council, the Secretary of the Board for the Strategic Health Information Exchange Collaborative (SHIEC) and a member of the North America Board of Directors for the Health Information Management Systems Society (HIMSS). Prior to joining Health Current, Kotrys worked as a consultant and health policy analyst at Deloitte Consulting. Kotrys earned a Master of Public Health from George Washington University with a concentration in health policy, and a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Wynne Odell – Odell brings more than 30 years of brewing and business leadership experience as the co-founder and CEO of Odell Brewing Company, the 24th largest independent craft brewery in the U.S., based in Fort Collins. Since co-founding the company in 1989, Odell
has helped expand the independent, employee-owned company’s distribution to 18 states. Odell currently serves on the boards of both the Colorado Brewers Guild and the Brewers Association. She is also an active member of the Colorado State University College of Business Global Leadership Council and the President’s Council of the Community Foundation of Northern Colorado. Odell received a Master of Business from the University of Washington and a bachelor’s degree from Whitman College.
Norton Rainey – Rainey currently serves as the President and CEO of Denver-based ACE Scholarships, a foundation that provides scholarships to low-income students in grades K-12 to attend the private school of their choice. In addition to his 17 years working for ACE Scholarships, Rainey is a Rocky Mountain Young Presidents’ Organization co-chair, an active Evan’s Scholars Board member and a panelist for Golf Digest. Rainey earned a Bachelor of Business Marketing from the University of Colorado.
Adam Sherry – Sherry is the co-founder and Chief Customer Officer of Evolve Vacation Rental, a vacation rental management company based in Denver. Since co-founding the company in 2011, Sherry has helped grow Evolve into one of North America’s largest vacation rental management services, with over 11,000 properties and 300 employees. Prior to Evolve, he was the first employee, as well as the Vice President of sales, of Exclusive Resorts. Sherry earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University.
Marcia Veidmark – Veidmark currently serves as the President and CEO of SSC Underground, an underground utility construction and consulting company based in Phoenix. She has used her nearly 50 years of business experience to expand her company and contribute extensive project management, human resources and accounting experience as a partner in other small businesses in the western U.S. Veidmark was the founding chairwoman of the North Mountain Business Alliance. She currently serves on the North Mountain Village Planning Committee and is a member of the Women Presidents’ Organization. She was previously a member of the My Plan Phoenix Leadership Committee and the Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce’s board of directors. Veidmark received degrees from Azusa Pacific University, Northern Arizona University and Western International University.
