About our Guest

Spencer Stokes is a prominent local and national lobbyist who has more than 20 years of experience advocating on the behalf of businesses to the Utah Legislature. Spencer holds the distinction of being the youngest county commissioner ever elected in the state when he was elected as chairman of the Weber County Commission in 1994. Of note, Spencer was asked by Senator Mike Lee to serve as Chief of Staff following Lee’s election. Stokes worked in this position fromm January 2011 to January 2013, after which he returned to the world of lobbying.
