The South Salt Lake Chamber of Commerce and the South Valley Chamber, in collaboration with the University of Utah, is exploring how Utah businesses are being impacted by and managing air quality in our state. To do so, they are asking businesses to participate in a study examining this issue.
This survey should take about 10 minutes to complete. Your responses and participation, along with that of your business, will be anonymous and you will not be contacted again in the future. Please be aware that you do not have to participate in this study if you do not want to. Nor do you have to answer any question that you do not want to answer for any reason.
