Salt Lake City– Powering Your Greatness, a new campaign for PacifiCorp, takes a fresh approach in its marketing with an ode to customers. The campaign showcases daily moments where customers are the protagonists of everyday achievements, and PacifiCorp’s two divisions Rocky Mountain Power and Pacific Power deliver the energy needed to aid in their life’s victories large and small. The recently launched multimedia brand campaign will run in six western U.S. states and was thoughtfully crafted under one strategy but designed to resonate with audiences in highly diverse markets.
“Unlike typical energy companies that are focused solely on internal operations and service delivery to customers, Pacific Power and Rocky Mountain Power are much more customer-centric organizations,” said RIESTER Chief Strategic Officer, Mirja Riester. “We worked to help PacifiCorp shine a bright light on the customer stories that inspire their strive for a clean and sustainable energy future.”
“We operate in a highly competitive and fast-moving world and the same is true for our customers,” said PacifiCorp Director of Marketing and Communications, Laura Hastings-Brooks. “We are privileged to be a part of customers’ lives and livelihoods by delivering the power they need to blaze new trails and do amazing things.
Powering Your Greatness is intended to resound the commitment to customers felt by the leaders and employees at Rocky Mountain Power and Pacific Power. The campaign strategy is rooted in the belief that access to reliable and sustainable power is much more than a transaction but also an opportunity to forge lasting, meaningful relationships with customers. This is why the campaign gives customers a voice. It echoes how powerful it feels to turn the smallest tasks into the greatest successes.
The campaign is running in six western U.S. states on television, digital, print, outdoor, radio and with customized websites. Samples from the campaign can be viewed here https://www.riester.com/work/pacificorp/# and express the power that comes with turning the smallest tasks into some of life’s most meaningful moments. The 30-second radio commercials encourage customers to continue in their daily pursuit of greatness. Whether the audience is retail or business, the message speaks to the power employed to accomplish so many things in life.
Powering Your Greatness launched with a cohesive media placement strategy tailor made for each service area of Pacific Power and Rocky Mountain Power. The customized plan achieves optimal coverage with very specific reach and frequency objectives by target market. The campaign will be seen in every core geographic area.
