SALT LAKE CITY (March 31, 2022) – Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that attorneys Kenneth D. Brown and Michael C. Jensen recently joined the firm’s Salt Lake City office.
Brown’s practice focuses on municipal and insurance defense, as well as business litigation, propertydisputes, and land use issues representing both municipalities and developers. He has been responsible for summary judgment motions and related filings in major municipal, insurance and property cases.
Prior to joining Snell & Wilmer, Brown was an associate at Smith Knowles. He received his J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law and his B.A. in Law and Constitutional Studies from Utah State University where he was a Koch Scholar in the Huntsman School of Business.
Jensen joins the firm’s corporate and securities group. Prior to joining Snell & Wilmer, he worked as a Guardian ad Litem Attorney in the Fourth District Guardian ad Litem’s Office. Jensen received his J.D. from the Brigham Young University, J. Reuben Clark School of Law and his M.S. in Exercise and Sports Science from the University of Utah.
