SUSAN MADSEN
The Utah Women & Leadership Project’s mission is to strengthen the impact of Utah girls and women. We serve Utah and its residents in three critical ways. First, we produce relevant, trustworthy, and applicable research in regard to Utah women. We offer primary research study reports about a host of topics that impact Utah girls and women, those who influence them, and those who are influenced by them. We have a series of in-depth reports coming out soon on the impact COVID-19 has had on Utah women in the workforce.
Second, we are continuously creating and gathering valuable resources. We offer workshops and tools for Utah businesses focused on hiring, retaining, developing, and promoting women. Lastly, we are convening trainings and events that inform, inspire, and ignite growth and change for all Utahns. We are moving mountains for women across the state.
