At RC Willey, we have been providing furniture, mattresses, appliances, electronics and flooring for 90 years. Over time, we have learned it is essential to adjust and evolve. During the last year, we have made changes to provide a safer shopping environment by adopting new sanitizing and delivery procedures. We’ve allowed many associates to work remotely, and we are thrilled that our on-site medical clinic will soon have vaccinations available for our associates.
Despite the challenges of the pandemic, it has been a good year for us. Last summer, we opened a flagship store in Layton, which has been doing well. Because many of us have been spending more time at home, many families and individuals have been encouraged to update their homes. This trend resulted in an increase in sales. After 90 years we have adapted to continual change. We know it is essential to take care of our customers and associates and we plan to continue doing so for another 90 years.
