From reducing healthcare costs to improving patient outcomes, we work with our partners to improve health and create a better healthcare system so that people and communities will flourish.
The coronavirus pandemic has caused unprecedented challenges and loss in nursing homes nationwide and right here in Utah. Comagine Health is delivering infection prevention training, education, and clinical consultation to nursing homes and other long-term care facilities to help them develop an evidence-based approach to infection prevention. Infection prevention is a core service we have offered for decades, so we were ready and equipped to provide these facilities with guidance where they needed it most.
We’re also supporting other health care providers and community organizations with infection prevention, contact tracing, telehealth virtual visits, and data analytics so that together, we can start to restore our communities and safely reopen.
