This is Derek Miller, Speaking on Business. Headquartered in Utah, Swire Coca-Cola USA produces, sells and distributes Coca-Cola and other beverage brands in thirteen states. CFO James Sloan is here to tell us more about the focus and future of Swire Coca-Cola.

Swire Coca-Cola has been a part of Utah since 1978, and we are committed to this and the other communities we call home. We are heavily focused on sustainability and have committed to recycle one bottle or can for each one we produce by 2030. We also plan to power our core operations with one hundred percent renewable electricity by 2026.
As residents of Utah, we know the importance of water conservation. In our territory, we have returned to nature and communities an amount of water equivalent to 285% of what we use in the production of our products. For example, just last year, Swire Coca-Cola joined several other organizations to support a project that increased flows on the Lower Provo River. As part of the Swire Group, a highly diversified business that was established more than 200 years ago, we are aware of those who have come before us and those who will follow. These positive influences guide the choices we make for the future.
