Our industry has been adaptive to provide customers with extended payment terms, refunded premiums for personal auto policies (because people weren’t traveling as much), and many other benefits. At the Buckner Company, we strive to be transparent while staying in contact with our employees, clients and carrier partners. We are assisting our clients with business continuity plans as well as helping those in the community who need extra help. Our firm’s charity, Buckner Cares, has donated $10,000 to organizations such as Utah First Responder (PPE Gear), Utah Healthcare Association and the YCC Family Crisis Center Ogden.
We work hard to be flexible and accommodating to our employees who work from home, addressing their concerns and making resources available to them. Our firm has sent small gifts to our employees and their families throughout the pandemic because we want them to know how much we appreciate them and all the work they do.
