As a statewide chamber of commerce, the Salt Lake Chamber is Utah’s “voice of business.”
We like to say that we are capital city by name, statewide by mission. We don’t serve just one industry, but all of Utah’s businesses, and not only in Utah but also on a national level.
That’s why every year, the Chamber makes a trip to Washington, D.C. to continue our legislative advocacy efforts at the federal level.
During our trip to D.C. this week, we’re bringing dozens of representatives from Utah’s business and civic community to meet with key members of Congress, White House officials, cabinet members, military leaders and other thought leaders.
We’ll be meeting with Congressman Chris Stewart, Congresswoman Mia Love, Congressman Rob Bishop, Congressman John Curtis, Senator Mike Lee, and Senator Orrin Hatch. We’ll also be visiting George Mason University and the Riverfront “Front” Development Project.
You can also follow along with us on our trip through social media, on facebook, twitter and instagram – as well as the blog on our website.
