The Salt Lake Chamber has issued the following statement in response to the Hamas attack on Israel:
“The Salt Lake Chamber shares the sentiments of many in condemning the evil attacks against the people of Israel and mourn with the survivors at the extensive loss of life. We express our solidarity with the people of Israel as they combat senseless and heartless terrorism. We commend the messages from national leaders including President Biden and Congressional Leaders, and urge them in the coming days to match their words of condemnation with acts of meaningful support. In particular, we urge the Utah members of Congress to take a lead role in a bipartisan congressional resolution to stand with Israel.”
