Speaking on Business: Joy Pops

This is Derek Miller, Speaking on Business. Joy Pops is a locally owned paleta shop in Sandy, Utah, specializing in traditional Mexican paletas made fresh in-house. With a variety of creamy and fruit-based flavors, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Owner, Kalli Lebaron, joins us with more.

Kalli Lebaron:

At Joy Pops, we love creating fun experiences around something as simple as a frozen treat. Our Mexican paletas are traditional frozen treats, similar to a popsicle, but made with ingredients like fresh fruit, fruit juice, milk or cream.

At our Sandy shop, customers can make their paleta their own with dips, drizzles and toppings, making every visit a little different. We also bring our signature pink paleta carts to events throughout Utah.

From weddings and corporate events to birthday parties and celebrations, we get to be a part of some really special occasions and share our treats with people across the state. My favorite part of Joy Pops is getting to meet people from all walks of life and being a part of so many meaningful moments.

I love seeing the joy a simple paleta can bring.

We’re excited to keep growing, meeting more people and bringing a little bit more joy to Utah, one paleta at a time.

Derek Miller:
