Ever since our lives moved onto smartphones, and we stopped looking at each other, loneliness has skyrocketed! That’s one reason the dating support and matchmaking industry has grown so much. I’ve spent the last 20 years helping singles as a dating expert. I’ve completed graduate work in professional coaching and hold a Science-Based Dating Coach certification through the Global Love Institute.
Besides my own marriage and my two kids, who are grown, being part of 150 client marriage stories is the greatest joy of my life. People should note that dating in Utah isn’t broken. Every weekend, wedding venues are full! Love is happening all around us.
More often than not, it’s not your location or culture. It’s your approach. Small shifts in mindset and strategy create big opportunities. Falling in love is not completely out of your hands. You have far more influence than you think, and that’s really hopeful.
