This is Derek Miller, Speaking on Business. La Cubana brings authentic Cuban food to communities across Utah, serving traditional family recipes from their food trailer. They share the flavors and culture of Cuba with local communities through their food. Owner, Christina Rojas, joins us with more.
Christina Rojas:
La Cubana is a family business that I run with my husband, Alejandro, and our sons, Ari and Kai. We make authentic Miami-style Cuban food using recipes passed down from my mother, and sharing those family recipes with our community means so much to us.
We serve our food from our trailer, bringing Cuban flavors to communities throughout Utah. And we also offer catering for corporate lunches, weddings, private events and other celebrations.
For us, La Cubana is about more than food. It’s a way to share a part of our family and culture with the people around us. Every time someone tries one of our dishes, we get to share a little piece of where we come from.
We’re grateful to be part of Utah’s small business community and excited to keep bringing our family’s Cuban recipes to more people across the state. To find our schedule or inquire about catering, visit LaCubanaSLC.com.
Derek Miller:
With authentic Cuban flavors and a passion for serving this community, La Cubana is adding something special to Utah’s food scene. Their dedication as a local business helps create connections and bring people together through great food. I’m Derek Miller, with the Salt Lake Chamber, Speaking on Business.
