This is Derek Miller, Speaking on Business. Small businesses help make Utah’s communities vibrant by creating opportunities for connection and supporting local economies. One business doing just that is Santa Backyard Coffee, a mobile coffee cart serving customers at the Downtown Salt Lake City Farmers Market. Owner, Marisa Martinez, joins us with more.
Marisa Martinez:
At Santa Backyard Coffee, we believe people thrive where there is genuine service and community. That belief is what inspired us to create our mobile coffee cart serving the Downtown Salt Lake City Farmers Market. As we begin our second season at Pioneer Park, we’re excited to continue serving handcrafted coffee, matcha and chai every Saturday morning.
We’re more than just great drinks, we strive to create a welcoming experience built on friendly conversations, warm smiles and meaningful connections. Community is at the heart of everything we do, and our incredible team is dedicated to making every customer feel at home.
We’re also proud to source our coffee, matcha, and chai from small, local, women-owned businesses because supporting Utah entrepreneurs matters deeply to us.
We can’t wait to see everyone at the Salt Lake City Downtown Farmers Market. Come share a cup and a conversation with us.
