SUI LANG L. PANOKE

Small businesses are the backbone of Utah’s economy. Many, if not all of them, are committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion. They are uniquely positioned to lead, making sure that everyone feels welcomed when applying for a job, and once hired, and effectively aiding company growth.

The Chamber’s Small Business Diversity and Inclusion Training program helps companies by teaching seasoned managers how to build inclusive leadership, create cultures that embrace a diversity of people, and capitalize on the full value of their human capital.

The first class will launch Thursday, May 5th, and every small business across the state of Utah is encouraged to apply. Over six, two-hour sessions, we will cover recruitment, retention, culture, analytics, strategy, fair policies, and more.

Call the Salt Lake Chamber for more information on this valuable leadership program, or simply go to the Chamber’s website to apply.
