Speaking on Business: The Neighborhood Hive

This is Derek Miller, Speaking on Business. A collaborative space in Sugar House, The Neighborhood Hive brings together local entrepreneurs, makers and creatives, offering a shared environment where small businesses can showcase products and connect with their community. Owner and Partner, Tiffany Rainwater, joins us with more.

Tiffany Rainwater:

At The Neighborhood Hive, we’ve created more than just a marketplace, we’ve built a community gathering space where over 60 local small businesses can grow, collaborate and connect under one roof. Founded in 2022 by The Bean Whole and Olio Skin & Beard after both were forced to relocate due to redevelopment, The Neighborhood Hive was created to help local entrepreneurs thrive together.

Located in the heart of Sugar House, we offer artisan shopping, handcrafted goods, a coffee bar with local food and drink, events, workshops and community experiences in one welcoming space. Every vendor is independently owned, allowing customers to directly support local makers with every purchase.

Beyond retail, we host networking events, live music, classes, pop-ups and private gatherings that strengthen our local economy and community. Come experience something uniquely local at the little market with the big heart.
