The Scout Guide Salt Lake is all about celebrating the people behind our local businesses and sharing the stories that make our community special. Each year, we bring together locally owned businesses and professionals across a wide range of industries, from health care and legal services to retail, construction, automotive, home services and more.
One of my favorite parts of this work is getting to know the people behind these businesses. I hear how they got started, what they’ve learned along the way and why they’ve chosen to build their businesses here.
These stories come together in our annual printed guide, but our work continues throughout the year through online stories, newsletters and events that help people connect with local businesses and with one another. Salt Lake has an incredible community of entrepreneurs and business leaders, and I’m grateful to have the opportunity to share their stories and celebrate what they contribute to the community.
