With more than 35 years of leadership experience in the construction industry, Fratianni will oversee Big-D Mission Critical and Big-D Lindon offices, focusing on expanding both groups before transitioning into broader operational and strategic initiatives. His extensive experience in leading major construction organizations and delivering projects across various sectors makes him a vital addition to Big-D’s leadership team.
Fratianni has held top executive positions including President and CEO of Hunt Construction Group, COO of AECOM Hunt and Managing Director of Construction at Lendlease. His expertise in managing large-scale operations, building strong client relationships and delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget has earned him a respected reputation. His skills align perfectly with Big-D’s commitment to growth, quality and safety.
Known for his people-first leadership style, Fratianni credits this approach to his early years in the field where he steadily advanced through the ranks.
