Speaking on Business: Granite Credit Union

This is Derek Miller Speaking on Business. The first credit union in the United States was established in New Hampshire in 1908 – today there are more than 60 credit unions headquartered in Utah alone. Julie Morgan, Executive Vice-President of Granite Credit Union, is here to talk about her firm.

JULIE MORGAN

Granite Credit Union was founded in 1935 as a not-for-profit financial cooperative, meaning people pooled their resources together to help each other. We’ve put serving the financial needs of our community first ever since.

With eight offices throughout Salt Lake and user-friendly mobile banking now available anywhere, we provide easy access to a wide variety of financial products and services to help our members achieve their financial objectives. From low-rate loans and mortgages to deposits and investment services, our goal at Granite Credit Union is to always be there so you can make life happen.

We love our community and take pride in the cooperative spirit of our credit union, which focuses on people helping people. Granite Credit Union is committed to helping our members pave the way for life’s biggest moments and being a trusted partner in both good times and challenging ones. We invite you to join us!
