Mountainland Supply Company started in Provo in 1947, and today it has eight showroom locations, 32 distribution branches across Utah, Idaho, Wyoming and now, Kansas. They feature great products and are staffed with great people. Here’s CEO Brandon Johnson with more.

Since 1947 our company has served communities and businesses throughout Utah, Idaho, and Wyoming with plumbing, HVAC, waterworks, turf and agricultural irrigation, geotextile, hydronics, tools & safety supplies.
In 2018 we saw that many of the profits in other companies, and ours, were going to a select group of owners, so we made the decision to invest in our employee’s and our local community and formed an employee stock ownership plan. This decision instantly gave 700+ employees in our community ownership.
With the ESOP our employee-owners are invested in our customers’ success. What better way to provide wealth and opportunity than to give our employees the chance to share in the profits? Give them real ownership in our company!
