The SAFE Coalition to Host the Third-Annual SAFE Symposium: Ending Child Sexual Abuse

Child sexual abuse is a silent epidemic in our country, and Utah is no exception. Together, we can make substantive headway on eliminating child sexual abuse from our communities.

Join elected officials, nonprofit leaders, academic researchers, university administrators and community advocates at the third-annual SAFE Symposium on October 22nd for discussions surrounding what can be collectively changed to improve the safety of children.

Event Details:

  • When: Tuesday, October 22, 2024
  • Where: Loveland Living Planet Aquarium – 12033 Lone Peak Parkway, Draper, UT 84020
  • Time: 8:15 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. MST
  • Admission: $30 Admission (Includes morning beverage service and networking lunch, plus same-day admission to the aquarium from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.)

About SAFE Coalition:

SAFE Coalition seeks to change Utahn’s perceptions of child sexual abuse and move them to act. The resulting change in perception begins when individuals understand the risk of child sexual abuse to their immediate communities and families and expands as primary caregivers seek out and engage with resources.
