Being a small business owner is no easy task, and it’s far from the only identity a person has. Small business owners can also be partners, parents, friends and neighbors, among many other things, meaning opportunities to expand their horizons must also consider those identities.
Small business owners must also be dynamic, innovative and willing to learn, and the Salt Lake Chamber and Women’s Business Center of Utah are excited to offer an opportunity to hone those skills in the Diverse-Owned Business Accelerator! This four-week cohort-based program, free of financial cost thanks to a generous grant from Bank of America and the Semnani Family Foundation, will help participants:
- Design and niche their business to be more competitive and outline a roadmap with milestones toward their business strategy.
- Construct and utilize a brand style guide for consistent and effective marketing.
- Clarify their revenue streams and COGS/fixed expenses, identify their break-even point and adjust pricing and sales goals.
- Systematize and automate processes and create a list of outsourcing options.
- Establish a 90-day action plan to make progress toward your business strategy.
Your small business is as unique as you are, and this program will help you become even better as you grow and thrive. Click here for more information and to apply!
