SALT LAKE CITY — The Mind the Gap Music Festival is thrilled to announce its lineup of talented and diverse musicians for its inaugural event on Women’s Equality Day, August 26, 2023. The festival will take place at The Gateway in Salt Lake City and promises to be an unforgettable celebration of music and activism. Featuring a range of genres and styles, the Mind the Gap Music Festival’s lineup showcases nationally acclaimed and up-and-coming artists, as well as talented local musicians.
The festival will be headlined by indie-pop sensation Beach Bunny, known for their dynamic stage presence and infectious music. One of the standout acts in the lineup is Yaeji, the Korean-American singer, rapper, and DJ. Other notable acts include Sales, Orion Sun, Destroy Boys, Jadu Heart, Hemlocke Springs, renforshort, Boyish, Addison Grace, Hannah Jadagu, Bel, Maita, Cheap Perfume. The festival also showcases the talent of local Utah musicians including Stella Standingbear, 26fix, and Drusky all bringing their unique sound and style to the stage.
We believe that music has the power to bring people together, and our festival lineup is a reflection of our commitment to creating a space where diverse communities can come together and celebrate the power of music. The Mind the Gap Music Festival promises to be a one-of-a-kind event that not only provides entertainment but also sparks important conversations and raises awareness about income, political, and educational gaps along gender lines.

Tickets for the Mind the Gap Music Festival go on sale Friday, March 10th at 10 am MST at mindthegapfest.com. A portion of each ticket sold will be contributed to a scholarship fund for individuals interested in pursuing a degree in an entertainment-related industry through Salt Lake Community College. Scholarship applications will open after the festival in October 2023.
