RizeNext was founded in 2018 with the vision of helping organizations move from awareness to action in diversity, equity, and inclusion. We call it DEI for short. Also, we have built robust DEI frameworks to assist firms in integrating best practices into their businesses. Our strategy makes it easier for companies to align their teams and track impacts within organizations and communities.
We are excited to be sharing our “experience first” approach to DEI strategy at the upcoming Salt Lake Chamber Women & Business Conference on November 19th.
