This is Derek Miller Speaking on Business. Many people, including seniors, have health concerns and no matter your situation, you deserve a partner you can trust, especially when selecting a Medicare plan. Kristine Gates of SelectHealth shares with us what a Medicare Star Rating is and how it can help seniors.
Each year the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services uses a five-star performance and quality rating system to evaluate health care plans offered by private companies. The rating system can tell you a lot about a company’s customer service, member satisfaction, pharmacy service, benefits, and overall quality.
For 2022, SelectHealth Medicare Advantage plans in Utah, Idaho, and Nevada received the highest score the government can provide – a 5-Star rating.
Receiving such a great review reflects well on the diligence and attention of our caregivers – people who are dedicated to providing superior service. That, coupled with our vast range of tools, services, and wellness benefits, provides our members confidence that they will receive excellent care, whatever their circumstances.
At SelectHealth, we offer plans to serve all members of our community, including senior citizens, individuals, families, and employers. Learn more at selecthealth.org. Every decision we make is with our members in mind.
