Research into the practices of successful businesses demonstrates the importance of diversity and inclusion – creating organizations made stronger by employees who possess a wide variety of experiences, perspectives, and backgrounds. To assist Utah businesses, the Salt Lake Chamber is offering a Small Business Diversity & Inclusion Leadership Training Series.
Participants will meet industry and subject matter experts to receive instruction on proven models for implementing diversity and inclusion programs. They will have the opportunity to meet others, build networks, and share best practices.
This multi-week series has been created especially for small businesses with less than 100 employees, and each participant who completes the training will receive a certificate, as well as a Credly badge. The program will provide necessary tools, resources, and cutting-edge information – contributing not only to corporate success but progress when it comes to diversity and inclusion initiatives across the state.
The Salt Lake Chamber’s Small Business Diversity & Inclusion Leadership Training series is valued at over $1,500, but generous scholarships, made possible by Zions Bank, means it is only $499 for accepted applicants.
