At the Salt Lake Chamber, we know that being a small business owner is no easy task. Between operations, customer relationships, financial management and all the other parts of owning a small business, time is a valuable resource, and skill acquisition to improve your business is even more vital.
That’s why the Salt Lake Chamber and Women’s Business Center of Utah are excited to present the Diverse-Owned Business Accelerator, a four-week cohort program. This program is not just about learning; it’s about gaining the tools and knowledge to take your business to the next level.
Cohort members will:
- Design and niche their business to be more competitive and outline a roadmap with milestones toward their business strategy.
- Construct and utilize a brand style guide for consistent and effective marketing.
- Clarify their revenue streams and COGSfixed expenses, identify their break-even point and adjust pricing and sales goals.
- Systematize and automate processes and create a list of outsourcing options.
- Establish a 90-day action plan to make progress toward your business strategy.
