Custom Fit Program Eligibility Requirements
- Company must be in SL County
- Company must be a for-profit business
- Company must have current business license with the State of Utah
- Company must pay taxes to the State of Utah
- Training participants must be W2/W4 employees of the company
- Company must provide participant information (name and date of birth)
- A Custom Fit Training coordinator must be involved in the procurement and training implementation process
